The Interarms Precision Casting Foundry was created based on the extensive experience of our Polish Engineering Team combined with the state of the art technologies and materials utilized by respected German and English companies. As a result, we are able to meet the highest expectations while maintaining very competitive pricing.
Our melted models technology is one of the most exact method of manufacturing metal parts and allows us to achieving very precise dimensional accuracy.
Our plant is located in Radom, a city famous for its long metal industry heritage. This location is not accidental. The central part of Poland, just one and a half hours from the largest freight airport in the country, ensures the company’s logistics is on a very high level.

PRECISION CASTINGS
Steel, iron, non-ferrous. From a few grams to several kilograms.
High dimensional accuracy (class f and m according to PN-EN 22768-1).
Roughness 2 Ra.
Significant reduction in the amount and costs of machining.
Main materials: carbon steel, actid-resistant steels, wear-resistant steel, head-resistant steel, heat-proof steel, special steel.
RAPID PROTOTYPING
Engineering project, 3d model printing, sample castings, results analysis.
X-RAY EXAMINATIONS
X-ray device working in real time. Searching and analysing the internal defects.
ANALYSIS THE ALLOY COMPOSITION
Steel, iron, aluminium alloys, copper alloys. On the certified SPECTROMAXx spectrometr. Certificate no. 004/CSPK/2017.
SHOT BLASTING
Coarse shot blasting – s110 low-carbon shots (obtained 3 – 4 Ra).
Finishing shot blasting – Vera spherical shots (1,6 to 2,5 Ra + gloss).
